SKY TING Mentorship Program

Fall 2017

This program is designed for new teachers who have completed a 200-hr Teacher Training program and are looking to advance their studies working one-on-one with a senior SKY TING teacher. The program includes teaching donation classes at the studio, regular homework assignments, in-class adjustment hours, and an advanced workshop on sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, and adjustments.

  • Consistent Yoga Practice at SKY TING

  • 200-hr Teacher Training program completed *

* Teachers from outside 200-hr programs will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to sit in on additional lectures in our 200hr program to learn SKY TING and Katonah Yoga methodology. 



  • 2 In-Class Privates (ICPs) with your mentor

  • Teach regularly-scheduled Donation Classes at SKY TING

  • All Advanced Training Lectures (dates listed above)

  • Assist your mentor's class at SKY TING once a week

  • Practice at SKY TING at least 3 times a week

  • 8 ICPs with fellow mentees

  • Regular homework/sequencing assignments from mentor



  • $2,500 for SKY TING 200-hr graduates

  • $2,800 for non-SKY TING 200-hr graduates
