FRONT DESK STAFF

As Front Desk Staff at SKY TING you will welcome and check in all students via MindBody and assist with administrative tasks during classes. You will be the point person for making sure all studio maintenance tasks are completed including: setting up the studios for busy classes, delegating studio tasks to work studies, problem solving, and sending daily recaps. As the customer service lead on shift you will answer the phone at the desk and support student needs with giving tours of the studio, signing up members, and purchasing packages. You will be the point person for maintaining a calm and welcoming environment while strengthening the community. You will be comfortable with light physical labor and able to be on your feet for periods of time. Shifts are 4 hours - 6 hours per day, 3 - 4 days per week.

Tasks:

• Leading a calm, communal, and fun environment for students, teachers, and work studies

• Providing excellent customer service to all students

• Using MindBody to register students, promote class offerings and answer questions regarding products and merchandise

• Delegating work studies through busy class transitions

• Assisting inventory tasks for merchandise and studio supplies

• Problem solving and communicating with Community Director and Facilities Coordinator for emergencies and studio maintenance requirements
